So by losing weight with a hula hoop, you’ll be able to keep the pounds off and stay fit for good. Just stick with it and you will see results. There’s no exercise for your core that’s easier, more fun or more effective than the classic weighted hula hoop. It is the least expensive, fun and easy way to get back in shape and stay that way.
